I further agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, and personal representatives that the Event, along with the Released Parties listed in Paragraph 1, shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occurring as a result of Participant’s participation in the Event. I knowingly and willingly assume all such risk, as well as, responsibility for all personal and/or economic injuries and losses, which Participant might sustain in connection with the Event and hereby consent to Participant’s participation despite the risks.

    2. CONSENT FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT: If I cannot be reached in case of serious illness or accident, I hereby authorize Round Top Pool and Tennis Club to make whatever arrangements they deem necessary.
